I finished this book in one sitting, the characters felt very realistic and relatable to me. And I applaud the Bluford series for tackling this issue that people still find controversial.
This book began on a high note, meaning it got right to the point and did not fool around. All of the chapters were short and omitted any “fluff”. It told the story and resolved the plot quickly. There were many life lessons that will be understood by teenagers.
This book was amazing. I loved how it got straight to the point and detailed. Bluford High series always has a way of making there books truly understanding and relatable to a lot of problems that teens face in modern day society. Very happy I bought this book, definitely a good read.
